If you’re a  ‘to-do list’ person, Wunderlist is a simple cross-platform app that helps you organise and delegate tasks with ease. Simply create projects, add items, set reminders and due dates and have conversations with other Wunderlist users about assigned tasks.

Wunderlist has desktop apps for Mac and Windows, plus mobile apps for Android, iOS, and Windows Phone, but not BlackBerry. There are also browser plug-ins for Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.

Everyone should be familiar with Dropbox by now. The app allows you to transfer content between your computer and any or all of your other favourite devices without a glitch, and is uncomplicated when it comes to use. Access and share important files on the go.

Capture all your thoughts and ideas with Evernote, in the format of voice recordings, images or notes. Record conversations and meetings, attach files and share it with your friends.
